Dr Liu is the co-founder and head lecturer at udsicovr. His focus and expertise lies in the minimally invasive surgical treatment of hard and soft tissue defects around teeth and dental implants; as well as the integration of digital dentistry in periodontics and implant surgery. Dr Liu is the creator of FlashKap, a ring flash diffuser that has globally revolutionized dental photography. As a graduate of the Doctor of Dental Surgery program at New York University, Dr Liu pursued his specialty training in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He has strong ties to academia as a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Implant Fellowship Program in the Department of Periodontology at his alma mater. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology and currently maintains a private practice limited to Periodontology and Implant Surgery in Boston.
